PV DC Surge Protective Device KNY2-40PV

The KNY2-PV photovoltaic dedicated series Surge Protective Device (hereinafter referred to as SPD) is mainly used for lightning protection of low-voltage DC power distribution systems in photovoltaic scenarios. With a brand-new design, its maximum continuous operating voltage can reach 1500V, which can effectively prevent lightning current from damaging photovoltaic supporting facilities such as solar panels, photovoltaic combiner boxes, DC distribution cabinets and inverters. The KNY2-40 PV photovoltaic series SPD supports both common mode (MC) and differential mode (MD) protection. This product complies with IEC61643-1, GB50057 and GB18802.11-2020 standards.

Product Features

U-shaped structure, voltage-limiting type combination, with both differential mode and common mode protection modes.

Built-in overheating and overcurrent protection mechanisms.

Local fault indication: the indicator shows white during normal operation, and turns red after tripping and failure.

Optional alarm module to realize remote telemetry function.

Integrated structural design with large discharge capacity.
